GRF Series, Non-Cycling Refrigerated Air Dryers

Refrigerated air dryers remove moisture and contaminants from compressed air by chilling the air to a temperature that causes the moisture in the air to condense and form droplets. These can be separated from the air stream and discharged from the dryer. Provided with a 5 year warranty. Rated flows 10-2250 SCFM.

EDR Series, High Inlet Temperature Refrigerated Air Dryers

The EDR can handle 180°F inlet temperature and 100 psig inlet pressure; high temperatures commonly found after piston air compressors. Utilizes stainless steel heat exchangers with automatic or thermostatic expansion valves instead of the temperamental capillary tube system. Each unit comes complete with an adjustable electronic timed condensate drain. 2 year warranty. Rated flows 20-110 SCFM.

GTX Series Cycling Thermal Exchange Refrigerated Air Dryers

The system stores energy and maximizes operating efficiencies saving 25 to 80% of operating costs. Features adjustable digital temperature control. Refrigerated liquid isolation system isolates accumulated refrigerant liquid and keeps it from returning to the compressor, causing washout and premature compressor failure. Rated flows from 80 to 2250 SCFM.

RD Series Cycling Refrigerated Air Dryers

Rated flows from 20 to 2000 SCFM, 1/2" to 4" units. Unit maintains a constant 38°F Dew Point at the outlet, despite inlet flow and temperature variations. Accepts inlet air temperatures up to 158°F and inlet pressures up to 230 PSI. Features microprocessor based controller and automatic timer drain (with manual override).
