Coalescing Filter

Separation of aerosol and solid contaminants from air is primarily dictated by gravity. Contaminants greater than 10 µm settle out in the air stream quickly. Small aerosol particles remain suspended particularly in flowing air. Coalescing is the process of combining the smaller particles to create larger particles that are susceptible to the effects of gravity and separation.

Particulate Filter

Removal of water and dirt within the compressed air stream to 1µm. Ideal for placement prior to a coalescing filter to extend coalescer element life, remove desiccant dust after a dessicant dryer or remove pipe scale at a point of use application.

Dual Stage – Coalescing & Particulate Filter

Dual Stage Filter - 1st Stage removes water & dirt while 2nd Stage removes oil
Utilized in point of use as well as mainline and heavy duty service where heavy water, dirt & oil removal is required. With our unique two stage filtration/coalescing process, our combo units deliver filtration to 0.01 micron with an efficiency of 99.9998% eliminating dirt, water and oil aerosols from the air stream.
