CRP - Molecular Filtration for Discharge Water

In the event your waste management service won’t handle disposal we will accept spent paks through our return program! When properly sized and installed, the CRP system is guaranteed to reduce the contaminants in your compressor condensate to less than 10 ppm, for the life of the unit!

GCOS Series Oil / Water Separator

The GCOS has been developed to separate oil out of the condensate removed from a compressed air system. The GCOS uses a poly-element type filter to remove the oil from the condensate. Different types of poly-elements with proprietary chemicals treat ATF, Polyglycol or silicone lubricants are available. A carbon filter to remove any final traces of oil down to 10 ppm, prior to draining the clean condensate. The filter life is directly related to the amount of oil in the system. No energy required/fully automatic operation. Two separate inlets for multiple drains. Handles thick, sludgy condensate! Test outlet for easy testing. No overflow! Minimal maintenance. Includes initial filter and charcoal charge.
